Get a human review of what your home can earn

Projection tools average your ZIP code and guess. A real short-term rental operator looks at your address, the comps, and the home itself, then tells you a number we would actually manage to.

Phone or email, at least one.

We might call you. Accurate short-term rental projections require understanding the experience the home brings: design, setup, amenities, sleeper count. A five-minute conversation is what separates a real number from a calculator guess. No spam, no list.

Questions owners ask

Why a human review instead of an instant projection?
Automated STR calculators pull an average for your ZIP code and stop there. They cannot see whether the home has a pool, how it is furnished, how many it sleeps, or whether the block is on the right side of a city ordinance. Those details move revenue by 30 to 50 percent. A person who operates rentals in your market can, so the number you get is one we would actually manage to.
What do I get back?
A realistic revenue range for the property as a short-term rental, the occupancy and nightly rate assumptions behind it, the local rules that apply, and what full-service management would cost, starting at 15% of gross booking revenue. If the home would not work as an STR, we say that too.
Will you call me?
Possibly. If the review needs details we cannot see from the address, such as sleeper count, setup, or amenities, we will call or text first. That is why we ask for a phone number or an email.
Is there any cost or commitment?
No. The review is free and there is no obligation. If you decide to work with Surge, our agreements have no long-term lock-in and can be cancelled with 90 days notice.
Which markets do you review?
Any of the 12 markets we serve: Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Galveston in Texas; Nashville; Scottsdale; and Fort Lauderdale, Panama City Beach, Naples, and Kissimmee in Florida.
