We studied 3,103 whole-home Airbnb listings, scored the first five photos on each one and compared revenue across similar homes. Styling (how furnished, finished and intentional each room looks on camera) was the single strongest part of the photo score. Lighting, the cover photo and enough photos to show every room mattered too.
In other words, interior design is not decoration on top of your Airbnb listing. The furniture budget is set by you and treated as a cap; any overage needs your approval. Smaller condos need far less than large group homes with bunk rooms or outdoor areas, and we help you size it during discovery. We price the list against your comps so you invest where it can lift your nightly rate and ROI, not where it only looks good. Making good interiors is an investment, not a cost.
You pay each vendor's published price with no markup. Trade discounts we negotiate cover part of our furniture sourcing work, and every price increase or substitution comes back to you for approval.
